So we had a walk through today with the appraiser from our moving company. And supprisingly, I was over all pretty happy with what he appraised our stuff at. He actually over quoted us on things like our lamps and lampshades... But that’s fine with me. He sad he was pretty sure TMO would agree with his quotes because I really didn’t have that many claims. Unfortunatly I was told that all the cosmetic stuff was all subject to TMO review and he took pictures of everything. He said that I should receive some sort of compensation for my inconvenience but that there was nuthin else they could do since it was all antique furniture that was damaged. He said the only thing that would work against me was the fact that the dumb ass movers stated on the claims form that those items were "worn and soiled" ...I don’t know what’s up with the soiled thing, but obviously they were worn, but in a good way, that’s kinda how antique shit works. So I guess now we just get to shit here for a week or two and wait for TMO to review our claim and see what they have to say.
